Easy Beer Making with a Master October 1, 2017
Learn to Make Beer the Easy Way from a Master Brewer. We will learn how easy it is to make your own beer and how to adjust the recipe to your own tastes, to impress friends or for special occasions. The following methods will be taught:
1. Product From GRAIN TO GLASS
2. Product From EXTRACT TO GLASS
Sensory evaluation (Tasting) at the end of the class will include:
1. Light Beer
2. Dark Beer
3. Sweet Beer
4. Hoppy Beer
5. Ales
6. Lagers
The Class will include a Sensory Evaluation (Tasting) of the various Beers, Access to ask questions of a Master Brew Master, Written Instructions on How To Make Beer, a Starter Sample of Yeast for your First Batch of Beer, and Chips and Homemade Salsa Dips.
Brew Kits will be available for purchase at the class.
